E Pike St Property – Motion made and approved to pass Resolution 1-2025 to secure an option to purchase property at 321 E Pike St for the erection of a Borough Building; Motion made and approved to extend the agreement to purchase the property at 321 E Pike St
Amusement Devices – Solicitor to research to see if Borough should be receiving payment for skill games being used throughout the Borough
Chartiers-Houston Library requested to have a person on council – she will report what programs and activities are taking place at the library
Pavement to begin on S Cherry, S Jefferson, Bishop, and E Jackson St. Once bid approved will get on the paving schedule to get completed
Janis Davis expressed concern over neighbor not cutting grass on Reed Ave. Engineer to look into and issue letter and/or fine to get the grass cut
