Police report – 194 calls between 1/8/25 – 2/12/25 – signs were hung to collect traffic data on North and South Main St

Mayor’s Report – need a plan to address the illegal parked/abandoned cars enforcement code. If cars are identified, police will create a report and submit to the code enforcer to tag and/or remove

New Business – Opst & Assoc will be starting the 2024 Audit. We can apply for a grant for MS4 and the Small Water and Sewer Project $30K – $500K with 15% matching funds.

Discussion cell tower being installed on Beechview Ave as well as the road bonding for Beechview Ave. – Meeting will be set up with traffic control in regards to grant for traffic lights

Sales agreement was submitted for property at 321 E Pike St for $150,000.00 to hold until 6/2/25. The borough is trying to apply for funding

Canonsburg Ambulance reported 223 calls in 2024

Rob Meddings HVFD reported on fundraising, work details, and training for the fire dept for 2025. He also questioned putting up a gate instead of the jersey barrier on E Madison for emergency access

President Scear and K Krider will go through borough looking for abandoned vehices
