Sheetz requested a transfer of liquor license from Solomon’s. Council must have hearing and vote.

Canonsburg Ambulance Services Annual Report. 4 mutual aid calls, 191 emergency calls, average response time = 8 minutes for 2023

Zoning Hearing Board submitted notice that variance request for 208 Cherry Ave was approved.

Police Service contract from Chartiers Township and a MOU Agreement from Canonsburg Borough was discussed regarding police coverage.

KLH Engineer reported Sheetz is ongoing and the Redevelopment Authority has everything needed for the street paving project.

Solicitor still waiting for approval on disposal of old weapons. He is going to check on the Sheetz liquor license and proximity to church/school law.

Virginia McAnulty with the Washington County Watershed Alliance stated Borough needs a project to stabilize stream bed. They need an engineer to draw it up and a budget so they can apply for funding.
