Mayors Report – police report was read for January, 197 incidents, and for February, 172 incidents. – 125th Celebration of Houston will take place August 22,2026 – Mayor applied for a Good Neighbor grant to get new cameras for the park.

Motion was made and approved to renew the contract with Advanced Telephone (Hickory Franchise) for 3 years

Motion was made and approved for the Solicitor to file a petition for tax exemption for the Borough Building

Resolution 2-2026 was approved to appoint Zanes Barnes as the Emergency Management Coordinator and Nicholle Hollenbach as the assistant EMC

Resolution 3-2026 was approved to update the PIB loan agreement update

Resolution 4-2026 was approved for road closures for October 10, 2026 for the Pumpkin Festival Parade and August 22,2026 for the 125th Anniversary of Houston Borough

Motion was made and approved to accept the bid from Bronder Technical Services for new traffic light replacement
